IT Blauwtrust Groep operates as a Shared Service Center on development and management of architecture, infrastructure and all applications that fall under the heading of "non-core" systems. In addition, IT Blauwtrust Groep facilitates on data management and reporting for lenders and other entities.

What will you perform?

As Information (Technology) Security Officer you will ensure the proper implementation of the information security policy. You advise the teams on policy content, help them to understand and implement this policy properly, and in doing so help the teams to realize their product.

You contribute to the compilation of Information Security policies and associated processes, procedures and work instructions. You monitor compliance with policies and report as needed.

You are a key player for the Blauwtrust Groep where Security is highly valued. You answer to internal and external stakeholders in the domain and report regularly on progress and risks. As Information Security Officer you report hierarchically to the Head of Infrastructure & Cybersecurity and functionally to the CISO.

In doing so, you make a significant contribution to the realization of an IT environment that is optimally aligned with the mission and strategic objectives of Blauwtrust Groep and its entities.

In short, as an Information (Technology) Security Officer you will:

• Set your policies for information security;
• Set policies for architecture and work with the solution architect;
• Be the linkin pin between CISO and 2nd/3rd line;
• Analyze incidents and take care of writing out processes for the purpose of making quality improvements;
• Manage the risk register for the entire IT organization;
• Work internationally with an IT security team;Be the point of contact for stakeholders in your field within and outside the organization.

What do you need for this position?

As an Information Security Officer you combine your critical and independent view with a proactive "hands-on" mentality. You are a solid interlocutor, you can connect, prioritize and shift gears quickly. You know how to turn analysis into reports. You know how to inform and connect your stakeholders. Furthermore

• You are a WO graduate completed with relevant further education;
• You have at least 5 years of experience in this position, preferably at a financial institution or at least a highly regulated sector;
• You have in-depth knowledge of ISO27001 and SOC certifications, among others;
• You have fluent knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing;
• You have proven experience in a changing IT environment.
