I have been active in the financial services industry since 2004. On 1 January 2011, I started at Hypotrust as Account Manager and since January 2015 I hold the position of Manager Sales. In a turbulent economy, it’s all about making the right choices. And often getting back to basics: what are the current market demands and what are they in the future? What do our customers expect from us? How should we respond to these? This calls for flexibility, creativity and a permanently customer-focused attitude.
Perhaps a cliché, but I get a huge kick out of happy and satisfied customers.
Partly through creating the right propositions and actively seeking the right distribution partners, we have grown our market share from 1% to over 5%. Tens of thousands of people every year are happy to take a mortgage from one of our labels through their adviser.

Thanks to the sound mutual relations and short lines of communication, we are able to change gear fast, whether that is with Quion for the servicing, DHA for distribution and advice or DMPM for putting new investment products on the market.
