Blauwtrust Groep not for sale

On the 15th of June Dutch newspaper ‘De Telegraaf’ published an article saying that, based on undisclosed sources, Blauwtrust Groep would be for sale. 

According to the article the shareholders of Blauwtrust Groep have hired a US investment bank to run the sales process. The newspaper also states that the company would be sold early 2018, suggesting that Blauwtrust Groep would currently be for sale.

It is important to us to provide the actual facts. No investment bank has been commissioned for the sale of Blauwtrust Groep or any of its parts. Our shareholders, assisted by professional advisors, do look into their future with the company from time to time. They have done so recently.
